New Vehicle Tiers of Protection
Vehicles with a 3/36 Basic Warranty
(For vehicles with an original warranty start date prior to July 26, 2007.
This applies to 2006, 2007 & 2008 Model Year vehicles for the first registered owner or lessee with a 3/36 New Vehicle Warranty only)
LIFETIME MAXIMUM CARE
The plan is available for Chrysler, Dodge and Jeep® vehicles with a 3/36 Basic Warranty. This plan applies to the first registered owner or lessee ONLY.
Note: Lifetime Maximum Care excludes Viper, all SRT vehicles, Sprinter, diesel equipped and all Ram Cab/Chassis vehicles as well as vehicles used for police service, taxi, limousine, postal delivery or ambulance service. This plan is NOT transferable except in the states of Florida and North Carolina.

Lifetime Maximum CareSM
This plan extends your vehicle's powertrain and basic component coverage beyond the 3-year/36,000-mile manufacturers warranty and covers 5007+ components - providing virtually complete mechanical coverage for your vehicle.
"If It's Mechanical... It's Covered!"
The plan is available with the following time and mileage terms with your choice of a $0, $50 or $100 deductible per repair visit.
Additional Plan Features Include:
- $0 / $50 / $100 Deductible Per Repair Visit
- $100 "Sign-and-Go" Towing and Roadside Assistance
An added feature that can save you money, should you require towing or roadside assistance during the time the
plan is in effect. These services require prior authorization and are available by calling 1-800-521-2799. The service is administered by Cross Country Motor Club. Note: Towing and Roadside Assistance benefits expire at 7 years or 100,000 miles whichever comes first.
- $35/First Day Rental
This feature provides a $35 First Day Rental allowance in the event your covered vehicle requires any mechanical repairs or maintenance service at a participating dealership. Note: First Day Rental benefits expire at 7 years or 100,000 miles whichever comes first.
- $35/Day Car Rental Allowance
Provides $35 a day for a maximum of five days
($175 maximum) per repair visit. Note: Car Rental Allowance benefits expire at 7 years or 100,000 miles whichever comes first.
- $1,000 Trip Interruption
Covers lodging, meals and transportation expenses in
the event your covered vehicle encounters a mechanical breakdown while you are 100 miles or more away from home. Note: Trip Interruption benefits expire at 7 years or 100,000 miles whichever comes first.
