This plan is only for original owners/lessees of the Lifetime Powertrain Limited Warranty. The plan is available only for Chrysler, Dodge and Jeep_® vehicles that are covered by a Lifetime Powertrain Limited Warranty.

Note: Added Care Plus (Specified Time & Mileage) excludes Viper, all SRT vehicles, Sprinter, diesel equipped and all Ram Cab/Chassis vehicles as well as vehicles used for police service, taxi, limousine, postal delivery or ambulance service. This plan is NOT transferable except in the states of Florida and North Carolina.

Added Care Plus^SM
This plan extends your vehicle's powertrain and basic component coverage beyond the Lifetime Powertrain Limited manufacturers warranty and covers 800+ components, including:

PLUS Engine Cooling and Fuel Brakes Anti-Lock Brakes Front Suspension Rear Suspension Electrical Expanded Electrical Instrumentation Power group Luxury group

The plan is available with the following time and mileage terms with your choice of a $0, $50 or $100 deductible per repair visit.

PLAN TERMS 60,000 Miles 5 Years 7 Years 75,000 Miles 5 Years 7 Years 100,000 Miles 5 Years 7 Years *Note: Effective date and mileage are based on the vehicles original warranty start date and "0" miles.

Additional Plan Features Include: $0 / $50 / $100 Deductible Per Repair Visit $100 "Sign-and-Go" Towing and Roadside Assistance An added feature that can save you money, should you require towing or roadside assistance during the time the plan is in effect. These services require prior authorization and are available by calling 1-800-521-2799. The service is administered by Cross Country Motor Club. $35/First Day Rental This feature provides a $35 First Day Rental allowance in the event your covered vehicle requires any mechanical repairs or maintenance service at a participating dealership. $35/Day Car Rental Allowance Provides $35 a day for a maximum of five days ($175 maximum) per repair visit. $1,000 Trip Interruption Covers lodging, meals and transportation expenses in the event your covered vehicle encounters a mechanical breakdown while you are 100 miles or more away from home.
